2021 marks ten years since our first installation in partnership with Vomat GmbH, experts in micro filtration systems!
Our partnership with Vomat is based on providing the very best filtration options and support to our customers by offering a range of systems specifically designed to support grinders producing tools, cutters and gears, and working with materials such as high speed steel and tungsten carbide.
Offering a range of both standalone units serving individual machines and centralised systems, features of Vomat units such as the full flow filtration method separating clean and dirty oil (so the workpiece only ever comes into contact with clean coolant), the highly accurate temperature control, and the automated back-flushing system requiring no downtime (and using neat oil, especially good when working with hard metals such as HSS, PKD and CBN) are ideally suited to grinding processes. What’s more, the modular system design allows us to easily tailor units to meet individual requirements, whether that be with a pre-filter, a tank extension, or various chiller options to fit existing setups, and the in-built automation means units will automatically adapt filtration levels to changing coolant requirements (e.g. as units are turned on or off).
Altogether, this has proved to be a winning formula over the years with customers extremely satisfied with the performance and reliability of the units and choosing to invest in further units as their requirements have expanded.
