HELITRONIC G 200 Tool Grinder
Walter’s latest tool grinder is designed to offer a cost-effective option for the production and re-sharpening of rotationally symmetrical tools in the diameter range of 1 to 125 mm, with a maximum tool length of 235 mm and a tool weight up to 12 kg, on a compact floor space of less than 2,3sqm.
EDM Dress - Profit for Grinding
For both CBN and diamond grinding wheels, this new dressing technology has been developed to produce wheels that offer faster speeds, higher material removal rates, and a longer service life. Complex and intricate profiles can be achieved, to avoid the need for additional grinding wherever possible.
Grinding innovation all about the 5Ss

A world-first engineering solution for the precision manufacture of controlled waviness and complex geometry tools, the PG6 is an automatic, ultra-high precision grinding machine that is designed specifically for processing natural or synthetic single crystal diamond (SCD) tools.
